When we first launched Repair & Maintain back in 2015, we had one simple mission: improve appliance repair services across the UK.
We believe that appliance repairs should be clear, transparent, prompt and stress-free. Unfortunately, the repair industry was falling short on this front.
Appliance breakdowns are frustrating enough on their own. When you add inconsistent pricing, unclear repair costs, and unexpected fees to the mix, it starts to feel safer to replace. We knew this needed to change.
